Born in 1975, Maxim has extensive experience and established himself as an expert on MSM, LGBT, HIV/AIDS and human rights issues in Ukraine, Tajikistan, Estonia and other countries of the EECA region. The main field of interests is public and mental health of homo- and bisexual males, population size estimation.
